It’s handcrafted in small copper pot stills by Victoria Distillers in British Columbia, Canada, ensuring high quality and attention to detail.

Named after the iconic Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria, built in 1908, this gin carries a sense of elegance and tradition. It’s made with eight botanicals — Juniper, Grapefruit Peel, Coriander, Empress Black Tea Blend, Rose Petals, Cinnamon, Ginger, and Butterfly Pea Blossoms. Among these, the Empress Black Tea Blend and Butterfly Pea Blossoms give it its signature flavor and stunning hue.

The taste offers a perfect balance of classic juniper and citrus notes with warm, earthy, and floral tones.
