The Prisoner has become a wine icon over the past decade and leads the charge in bringing back a resurgence of interesting red blends that incorporate Zinfadels with an unlikely mix of other wines like Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Charbono, and Petite Syrah. This wine features the enticing aroma of cherries, clove, and dark chocolate with flavors of ripe berries, pomegranate, and vanilla lingering on the tongue before a smooth finish. Savory and lusty red wine that is dense and full-bodied, with rich peppery meaty, blackberry notes.
