After three decades of pedigreed bourbons, Olde St Nick will soon be part of a micro craft bourbon distilling venture in Nelson County, Kentucky. Producing bourbons, ryes, and other grain whiskeys, their eclectic style continues on with each release. Very Olde St. Nick Rye Whiskey comes from Tennessee with enticing butterscotch and caramel notes on the nose. The palate is of honey, vanilla and caramel notes balanced with soft oak. The finish is clean with a light sweetness. Enjoy this limited release neat or on the rocks!
