Crafted from a blend of rye, corn, malted barley, Tincup 10 Year Blended American Whiskey is aged for 10 years in American oak barrels with a #3 char. The name "Tincup" is a nod to Colorado's first whiskey driners, the miners from the area looking for gold who would drink their whiskey out of tin cups.
The cap of the bottle also works as a cup that you can share with friends. Rich and sweet on the nose with nutty notes, caramel apples, nutmeg, and green bananas. The palate echoes the nose with added notes of cinnamon, chocolate, and citrus peel with a smooth finish.
