Murray Hill Club Bourbon is a recreation of one of the first blended bourbons to appear on the market pre-Prohibition, and that 100+ year old recipe stands the test of time. Bourbons from 11- to 18-years-old are skillfully mixed with a lighter 9-year-old bourbon to create an exceptional spirit. Reviews of the original 1892 bourbon claimed it was "pure" and "gentlemen in society" preferred it 9 times out of 10, and these reviews remain accurate for this recreation. Bottled at 100-proof, the aroma of this spirit carries scents of caramel, popcorn, and pine cones. When tasted, you'll notice sweetness at first, followed by spices like black pepper and vanilla with a hint of charred wood.
