From a young age, Colby Frey was instilled with hardworking farmer values, ingenuity, and a can-do spirit. With a bold passion for crafting a whiskey of the land, Frey Ranch transformed its love for growing and tending to the land into a love for distilling. Frey Ranch Straight bourbon begins with sustainably grown grains from 1,500 acres of the Sierra Nevada Watershed. A reflection of the Frey family Farming tradition, this bourbon is unlike any other with its slow-grown grains. On the nose are fruity, woodsy, smoky, earthy and floral notes. The velvety-soft palate offers notes of tobacco, wood and leather with hints of cinnamon and baking spices and a quick finish. Sip this bourbon neat or with a few drops of water!
