Don Alberto Extra Anejo Tequila has a mixture of tequilas mixed together. The bright color is rich in flavor, and texture. The tequila has aromatic complex conjunction. It is distinguished for its quality in nobility and purity. Taste is pleasant in the mouth, an agave that is cooked and wooden. The color and body has a bright and is soft on the body. This alcohol has 35-39% ABV and 76 Proof. It has some sweetness, some smoke, olive brine, and spice with an earthy presence. The cooking process is done in stone/brick ovens. The fermentation process is in stainless steel tanks and 100% agave is used. This tequila is distilled twice in stainless steel. The aging process is very unique. French Oak barrels, American White Oak barrels, whisky barrels, used barrels, wine casks, and wood chips are used to make Don Alberto Extra Anejo. Jalisco, Mexico is where this tequila is made.
