Francis Coppola Diamond Collection Claret a British blend from California. This Bordeaux style blend that is getting better each year. The wine wine is made up of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Petiti Verdot, 4% Petite Sirah from California. The wine spends 14 months in French Oak Barrels. The authenticity and heritage of wines were made in style by Captain Niebaum himself dating back to 1910. That is the reason why it's named Claret. Francis Coppola Diamond Collection Claret Cabernet Sauvignon has delicious aromas of dark fruit, spice, anise, and vanilla. The wine has a dry and smooth taste with flavors of blackberry, blueberry, and other dark fruit, dried herbs, and earthiness. Toasty oak with spice emerges with a dry, long finish that has a fruity flavor with chocolate notes. Great to enjoy with steaks, lamb chops, beef briskets, and other meats.
