If you are able to hold your liquor without getting sick, then you can definitely take a shot of one of these.
They are very potent alcoholic drinks, and normal drinkers may get very drunk much more quickly because they are taken so fast. Make sure to spread out your drinking shots over time throughout the night. You’ll be happier in the morning. Vodka is one of the most common alcohols that are taken as a shot. It goes down easily, but it can also get you very sick if you take too many. Vodka is colorless and is distilled from grains. Some vodka can have strength as high as 70% alcohol volume.
If you aren’t able to hold your liquor, it would be very wise not to ask for an alcoholic shot. You can always ask for a shot of water (which looks the same as vodka) if you want to drink along with your friends. Many shots can be taken in fun ways, such as rimming the shot glass with salt.
You would take the shot, and then lick the salt; it would make the after taste much better and a lot less harsh. If you are in the market for a shot, just ask for one. It can be tons of fun!
